With over a thousand different kinds of food and merchandise items under well-known labels such as FOCO, Chaokoh, Aroy-D, Pantainorasingh, and our very own Three Deer Brand. What You’ll Do
As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in steering our financial operations towards sustained growth and compliance. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements, streamline our month-end processes, and uphold the highest standards of tax and regulatory compliance. Leading by example, you'll guide a dedicated team of accounting professionals, fostering cross-departmental collaboration and championing strategic financial initiatives that drive our organization forward.
Financial Oversight and Compliance - Lead the reconciliation of financial statements to maintain their integrity and accuracy. Monitor compliance with standardized accounting frameworks to ensure less than 15% failure rate in internal audits.
Reporting and Analysis - Expedite the month-end closing process, aiming for completion within 7 days post-month-end. Investigate and resolve any accounting discrepancies or signs of potential fraud, ensuring no material adjustments are needed.
Tax and Regulatory Adherence - Manage and oversee all tax-related activities, ensuring filings are completed accurately and ahead of deadlines. Guarantee compliance with all statutory requirements, maintaining a record of zero errors in data submissions and filings.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is strongly preferred.
2- 5 years of experience in financial closing in an accounting role
Financial close, budget assistance, and FP&A experience.
Demonstrated ability to enhance financial procedures and systems.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing accounting teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing business requirements.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
Preferred Job Requirements
Experience in distribution or high turnover consumer products businesses are a plus.
Proficiency in Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, or other SE Asian Languages are a plus.
