Join a growing team at a privately-owned real estate investment company! We're Andover Property Partners, expanding our portfolio in the region and seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Accountant/Bookkeeper/Real Estate Analyst.

About Us:
Andover Property Partners is on a mission to expand our real estate portfolio in the Mid-Hudson Valley and Capital Regions. With a focus on acquiring apartment buildings ranging from 25 to 100 units, valued between $2.5 million and $40 million, we're poised for significant growth in the coming years.

Job Description:
We're looking for someone with professional accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably with a knack for property management. While experience in property management is advantageous, it's not mandatory as we provide training for the Real Estate Analyst role. This position offers a flexible schedule and the option to work from home.

Responsibilities Include:
- Managing company books and records
- Recording income, verifying invoices, and processing payments
- Maintaining accurate tenant statements
- Training to become a Real Estate Analyst, involved in property analysis, financing, and investor relations

Requirements:
- Residency in the Capital Region or Mid-Hudson Valley
- 2 years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues

Compensation and Benefits:
- Initial compensation: $25/hour
- Performance-based annual bonus
- Part-time, contract-based role (25 hours per week)
