Job Description: Staff and Senior Accountant Positions

Location: Palm Beach to Miami, FL
Job Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking Staff and Senior Accountants looking for new roles in various industries, from public accounting to corporate finance. We have tons of openings!!!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare forecasts and budgets.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of journal entries and reconciliations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree or CPA preferred for Senior Accountant roles).
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience for Staff Accountants; 4+ years for Senior Accountants.
• Proficiency in major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
