Job Description

The Accountant / Analyst will hold various responsibilities such as recording journal entries and reconciling various general ledger accounts. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, and have an eye for detail, combined with the desire to improve results of the position through process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and accruals including intercompany shared services and lease accounting
• Reconcile expense and balance sheet general ledger accounts.
• Perform monthly bank statement
• Maintain ?xed and intangible asset
• Assist with annual audits and bank compliance reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting, including KPI's.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and enhancing existing
• Assist with accounting for International Entity.
• Special projects as assigned.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Skilled in adapting to, and collaborating with, individuals across di?erent organizational
• Proficient in multitasking and adapting to frequently changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance or 2 to 5 years
• Construction and/or international accounting experience a
• Technical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience working with ERP systems; Acumatica experience
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite; specifically, Word, Excel,
