School Nurse (RN) - Granite Falls, WA

Blazerjobs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! This is a full-time, on-site position supporting students across our district, grades K-12.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality healthcare services to students, including assessments, treatment of minor injuries and illnesses, and medication administration.
• Develop and implement plans to manage chronic health conditions of students.
• Maintain a safe and healthy school environment by collaborating with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the school health program.
• Conduct health screenings and immunizations as needed.
• Document all care provided to students.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State RN License.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pediatric or school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care to children.

Work Location:

• The work location will vary based on district needs and could be at GF High School, Middle School, Monte Cristo Elementary, or Mountain Way Elementary.
• Daily work schedule will be 8 hours.
