Medical Device Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assembler I to join our team on a 12-18 month contract.
This role involves assembling and testing medical devices using a variety of tools, fixtures, and equipment.
You will be working in a cleanroom environment, with a focus on quality and precision.
Responsibilities
Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer or Supervisor.
Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience with microscope and small part assembly.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work with a microscope for 90% of the shift.
Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in medical device assembly.
Cleanroom experience.
Proficiency with hand tools and measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
Work Environment
You will be working in a cleanroom environment, 100% of the time, alongside close stations.
The role requires flexibility to work weekdays and Saturdays as needed, with potential shifts starting as early as 5:00 am and ending at 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
