Frank Anderson (Richard Riehle) has man-boobs. Our insurance agent John Simon (Stephen Root) is busy with a super hot woman, Bobbie Lynn (Elena Lyons), who ’s at the insurance company to have a claim for a breast enlargement procedure, which our insurance agent is more then happy to approve. He’ll even drive her to the hospital for her procedure! Frank, who’s been waiting patiently, interrupts, asking John to take a look at his claim again. Not wanting to look bad in front of Bobbie Lynn, who John’s trying to score with, he reluctantly agrees. But still doesn’t approve Frank’s claim. When Bobbie Lynn takes pity on Frank, John agrees to approve an exam.

At the doctor’s exam, Dr. Emily Brice (Jane Lynch), tries to explain to John the importance of approving this procedure, all the while she’s admiring Frank’s magnificent breasts. John, uncomfortable with the love fest between Dr Brice & Frank’s man-boobs, approves the operation.
Cut to the insurance office. Frank walks in with Bobbie Lynn. They are in love. Bobbie has convinced Frank that his man-boobs are awesome and he must keep them! They walk out all over each other. John is dumbfounded losing the hot woman to a man with man-boobs; pushing him to go consult with Dr. Julia Seales (Romy Rosemont) into getting a set of his own. After all, having man-boobs is what’ll get you the hot women!
